Austrac is the Australian government agency that helps to fight financial crime. Gingerbread Tax is enrolled with Austrac’s Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing program. As such our client engagement processes include ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) data collection to meet our mandatory data reporting obligations. This is in addition to our US data management requirements for FinCEN. Client data continues to managed in compliance with our data and privacy policies.
